Fitzsimons Credit Union is offering our members the security, convenience and personalized service of an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
What is an Interactive Teller Machine or ITM?
Interactive Teller Machines (ITM) provide face-to-face assistance from a knowledgeable Fitzsimons Credit Union representative using live video technology. All the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a live teller.
Benefits of our Live Teller:
- Personal: Chat live with a local teller who can answer your questions and guide you through any transaction process.
- Convenient: Complete most basic transactions such as deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, balance inquiries and transfers.
- Secure: Performing transactions on an ITM is just as secure as performing transactions at your local branch. We require identification and record all transactions.
How does an ITM work?
When you are ready, simply touch the screen to be connected directly to one of our interactive tellers. You will be asked to scan your ID for identification.
