Sandra B. Neves Scholarship – Fitzsimons Credit Union
Calling all trailblazers, creators, and thinkers. Apply for the Sandra B. Neves Scholarship! Members of Fitzsimons Credit Union or their family members who are pursuing a 2 to 4-year degree may apply. Recipients will be awarded between $500 and $5,000, depending on the number of finalists.
About the Sandra B. Neves Scholarship
The Sandra B. Neves Scholarship is named in honor of former Chief Executive Officer, Sandra Neves who retired after thirty-six years of service to Fitzsimons Credit Union. This scholarship represents her commitment to life-long learning and her belief that education is essential toward self-fulfillment.
Qualifications
- A U.S. citizen, at least 16 years of age
- Member of Fitzsimons Credit Union (or family of a member)
- Pursuing an associate’s or bachelor’s degree at a two or four-year accredited institution located in the U.S. (preference is given toward those seeking a degree in a business, or a business-related degree.)
Selection Criteria
Selection of the recipient is at the discretion of the Scholarship Committee of Fitzsimons Credit Union.
Winner
Scholarship winners will be notified in writing within 45 days of the application deadline.
Scholarship funds will be transmitted directly to the institution for credit to the student’s tuition, room, board, books, or other educational expenses.
