Important Update on Core Banking System Upgrade

On November 1, 2024, Fitzsimons Credit Union successfully completed an upgrade to our core banking system. This upgrade is a vital step in improving our ability to serve you more efficiently and effectively. We recognize that the timing of this transition has caused some inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the changes.

While most issues related to the conversion were quickly identified and resolved, we are aware that some members are still experiencing difficulties with their accounts. Our team is working diligently to address these matters. Due to the high volume of inquiries, you may experience longer-than-usual wait times when contacting our communication center.

Some of the issues you may encounter include:

  • Missing or incomplete transaction history
    Transactions prior to the conversion can still be viewed on your monthly statement, which can be accessed via online banking or requested from us directly.
    • Post-conversion transactions will display detailed information as usual.
  • Difficulty accessing online banking
    • The account identification method has changed as part of the system upgrade. While your username and password did not change, if you’re experiencing issues accessing your online banking, please reach out to us, and we’ll help resolve it.
  • Account visibility or ownership discrepancies
    • Some accounts (including credit card accounts) may not be displaying correctly. While most issues have been resolved, a small number of members may still experience discrepancies.
  • ACH withdrawals and deposits issues
    • An account linking issue affected ACH transactions, causing withdrawals or deposits to be directed to incorrect accounts within the membership. This problem has been resolved, but if you need assistance reconciling any affected transactions, please contact us.
